A FEW THINGS TO NOTE…

PATCH TEST GUIDELINES

Patch Tests are needed for Brow & Lash Tinting, Henna Brows, Brow Lamination & LVL lash lifts.

IF YOU’RE A NEW CLIENT…

If booking a treatment for the first time that requires a patch test you must book the patch test 48 hours before your treatment. Our patch tests can now only be done in the salon by a member of our team.

If you do not book a patch test we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

REGULAR CLIENTS

Please make us aware of any changes in your medical history, including any new medications (even contraceptives) as this will result in us needed to do an up to date patch test.

If you have not had treatment for 6 months or more, you will need an up to date patch test before treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of service will incur a 50% charge of the appointment booked.

Appointments cancelled within 6 hours of service will be charged 100% of appointment booked.

No Shows will incur a 100% fee.
